Spring Break

Yes, Spring Break was in April, and it is now June.  But we had a lot of fun in Utah visiting.

G-Pa flew out to help us drive back, which was really nice.

We rode to new train to Salt Lake.  It was fun to have Uncle Brandon come with us.

 We also hiked up to the Y, which was harder than I thought it would be, but so fun and rewarding at the top.

It snowed one day!  We couldn't believe it, and Jasper was so excited.

Brandon's dog Chet really likes Jasper.  I've never heard Jasper giggle the way he did when he was trapped in the corner by the dog.  He loved it.

We visited Gram and Grandpa Wright.

The kids got a McDonalds trip with G-Pa.  Can't beat that.

G-Pa took Journey for a walk around the block, and she had to try to get the mail, which is one of her favorite things to do at home.  (She does have shorts on under her brother's shirt here.)

The weekend after Spring Break, we headed down to Big Bear for Grandma Leanne's birthday.  This was another great weekend full of family and fun.

This side of the family is quite a crew.

A restaurant called Jasper's!  We had to eat there.

I think he would have stayed in this tub the entire weekend.

Grandpa Gary invented a new way to keep Journey's head up while she naps in the stroller.  I'm sure the people walking around us were doing double-takes.

All in all, April brought some really fun times for us.  Now that school is out, we're ready for summer and more fun.
