I just love this, and I hope they continue to like reading. They're so sweet.

Today Journey went swimming for the first time. She had a blast. Unfortunately, our pool is a little chilly, but the piglets still had fun.

It doesn't really get much sweeter than this little handsome.

Honestly. What am I supposed to do with her. She's too busy for her own safety.

Is This Where All The Food Goes?

Today we had a lot of fun at the pirate-themed family reading rally. Unfortunately we didn't make it to any of the workshops because we were in line for about 45 minutes for balloon swords. But we got some free books and made some fun pirate crafts. Next up is Star Wars day at the library in two weeks. Summer activities are starting!

Mother's Day 2011

Today started out like every other day with laundry to fold and breakfast to make...

It was brightened with the delivery of some beautiful flowers...

And it ended with shoe shopping with Grandma Leanne, with lunch at Applebee's in between; Jasper's idea. It turned out to be a really great day.

Who knew they make light-up princess sandals.

I would say she's our little future superstar or our future American Idol but that's what everyone says. So instead, she's our future and current cutie pie.

I think this speaks for itself. He's a gem.
